  • a rejected (nom. rej.), homotypic synonym (Shenzhen ICN 14.4 & App. III) of Flemingia Roxb. ex W. T. Aiton, nom. cons. that is unavailable for use
  • the spelling "Luorea" was later indicated by Jaume Saint-Hiliare to be a printing error for "Lourea Neck." (a nonexistent name owing to suppression of Necker's work [Shenzhen ICN App. I]) and simultaneously replaced by Maughania J. St.-Hil., nom. illeg.
